Intended parents

The Intended Parents both attend a psychological assessment at the practice.

Further documentation

The Intended Parents complete a few written tests, but the majority of the assessment is clinical. They are also required to bring a list of documents and references with to the assessment.

Why is this necessary?

We are ultimately protecting the rights of the child and need to ensure the Intended Parents are prepared for the process.  The match between surrogate mothers and parents is also important.  A substantial report is presented to the attorneys for High Court.

Can this assessment be done on-line or via Skype?

The Court requires that individuals are seen at the practice as this is a forensic assessment presented in the High Court.

This is a work in progress.
